Product informationHR2 is a pneumatic height controller with a mechanical scanning for operating air springs at a compressed-air supply. Once adjusted the level will be kept because of the integral control of the unit. This is particularly interesting when the load carried by the air springs changes. By automatic refilling or letting of compressed air the appeared static downward deflection or upward deflection of spring will be compensated. Because of the mechanical scanning the height control is independent from compressed air variations. Normally three HR2 should be enough for systems stability since the defintion of planes in spaceis defined by three points. Having more than three air springs these will be grouped in three groups. (for example: two springs are sharing one HR2 if four springs are used) Large and rather elastic structures do possibly need more than three HR2.
Equipment features: Instead of the exhaust air silencer G the HR2 with an exhaust air collection for clean rooms can be delivered.
